We want you to love your order from PrecisionPersonal! Every item is carefully custom-made just for you, which means we aren’t able to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
Cancellations

If you need to cancel, you can do so before production begins (usually within 1-2 days of placing your order). After that point, your order is already in progress and cannot be canceled.

Because each piece is made-to-order, all sales are final once production begins.

That said, your happiness is very important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and work with you on a solution — whether that’s repair instructions, a replacement, or another way to make it right.
