2. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before production begins (usually within 2 days of purchase).

  • Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • Because each item is made to order, all sales are final once production begins.

  • We do not accept returns or refunds.

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

4. Shipping

  • We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information — we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

  • All designs, content, and images on our website are the property of Precision Personal Customs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

  • If you provide us with a custom logo or design, you confirm that you own the rights to use it and give us permission to produce it.

  • By placing an order, you grant Precision Personal Customs the right to photograph, display, and advertise your finished sign or mockup for marketing and promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media, and advertisements). If you prefer not to have your design shared, please contact us before or immediately after ordering.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • While we do our best to ensure accuracy and quality, Precision Personal Customs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
